  • Design & analysis of offshore pipelines
  • Subsea process equipment solutions: Pipeline End Terminations (PLET), Pipeline End Manifolds (PLEM) Flowline End Terminations (FLET), Export Manifold, Towheads.
  • We provide solutions for pipelines and flowlines that carry oil, gas, multi-phase production, gas condensate and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
  • We build the 3D model into the client exiting model or create a new 3D model on skid and non-skid based design. Once the 3D model is completed, we generate IFC (issued for fabrication) documents e.g. isometrics, GA’s and plans etc.
  • Designing subsea pipeline for different load cases through analysis,
  • CAESAR II Analysis in accordance with ASME B31.3, B31.8, B31.4 & DNV latest design code.
  • Optimise pipeline design by FEA.

Flow assurance , CFD & FEA

We have a team of chartered professional engineers with years of experience in flow assurance, CFD and FEA analysis. We perform flow assurance analysis to determine the optimum flow line size based on offshore field/reservoir well test field results for required flowrate and pressure. This is to avoid erosional velocity and hydrate/wax/asphaltene deposition. We also provide solutions to complex flaring, piging, venting and depressurising problems. We use ANSYS/Abaqus software for FEA analysis of complex localized flow and heat transfer, and solidification/melting.
